OBITUARY Mrs J. B. Evans (08/10/1988)

Mrs Jennie Blodwen Evans, wife of Evan Evans, Bryn Helyg, 19 Parciau, died suddenly at her home on Saturday, October 8, aged 68.

Mrs Evans, was the daughter of the late Huw Ellis and Ellen Ellis of Braich-Garw, Mynytho.

She was buried at Llangian Cemetery, following a service at her home, conducted by her minister, Rev Glyn Williams, Rev Aled Edwards, Rev Gwyn Rhydderch, Mr Tudwal Jones Humphreys.

Bearers at the house were Huw Hughes, Michael Jones, John Owen, Robert Owen, at the graveside, Mr Gwilym E. Jones, Mr R. Rowlands, Mr J. R. Jones, Mr E. J. Jones.

Mourners were Evan Evans (husband); Mr and Mrs J. E. Evans (son and daughter in law); Mr and Mrs E. J. Jones (daughter and son in law); Elwyn, Clifford, Tomi, Sion and Williams (grandchildren); Miss Gwynedd Ellis, (sister); Mrs Margaret Ellis, Mrs Mair Ellis, (sisters in law); Mr and Mrs R. Jones, Mr and Mrs M. Jones, (nieces and husbands); Mr and Mrs R. Rowlands, Mr and Mrs G. Jones, Mr and Mrs I. Jones, Miss E. Evans, Mr G. Evans, Mr Elwyn Evans, (sisters and Brothers in law). Also Present were many other relatives and friends.

Assisting at the house were Mrs Katie Rowlands, Mrs Margaret Jones, Mrs Nansi Jones.

Over £100 was collected towards Botwnnog Surgery.
