JOHN MORRIS.
On Sunday. November 8th 1970, at the Prinecss Elizabeth Hospital, Mr. John Morris, aged 88 years, late of 47 Rowand Avenue. St. James-Assiniboia, beloved husband of the late Rosina Morris.Born in Pwllheli. Caernavon County, North Wales. Mr. Morris came to Canada 61 years ago and settled in St. James-Assiniboia. He was employed as a store manager with the T. Eaton Co., for 24 years retiring in 1950. Predeceased by his wife Rosina and a son Charles Owen in 1969, he is survived by three sons, William and George of St. James-Assiniboia and Jack of Victoria. B.C., a daughter. Mrs. R. (Rose) Mills of St.James-Assiniboia and a brother Robert of Ottawa. Ont. Also sixteen, grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral service will he held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday in Park Lawn Chapel. 1858 Portage Ave., with Rev. T. A. Pollock officiating.
