MR. ELLIS ELLIS. LITTLE FALLS, HERKIMER COUNTY, NEW YORK.

I Ellis Ellis of Utica, New York, hereby revoke all former Wills and Testaments by me made and make publish and declare this to be my last Will and testament as follows.

First. I order and direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay and discharge all my just debts and liabilities and any funeral expenses.

Second. I give bequeath and devise all the rest residue and remainder of all my property and estate real and personal to my son John B. Ellis as Trustee and in trust for the following uses and purposes viz :
To take charge of the same to review the rents issues and profits of real estate, to sell and convey the same when in his judgement necessary, to invest anf keep invested the proceeds of the sales of real and personal property and to pay over to my wife Mary E. Ellis the net annual income of my entire estate real and personal for and during the term of her natural life, payment of said income to be made her at least half yearly.

Third. Upon and immediately after the death of my said wife I give bequeath and devise my siad estate real and personal to my said son John B. Ellis absolutely.

Fourth. I hereby make constitute and appoint my said son Johb B. Ellis sole Executor of this my last Will and testament, and I also hereby give and grant unto him full and ample poer and authority to bargain, sell, grant and convey in fee simple absolute any and all the real estate of which I may die seized.

Witness my hand and seal this 12th day of November 1886.

The foregoing instrument was on the day the date thereof duly signed sealed published and declared by Ellis Ellis the testator therein named to be his last Will and testament and we at the same time at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as attesting witnesses hereto.
