Gadawodd ar ei ôl ddau frawd, sef David Roberts o Marcy, a Thomas Roberts o Gang Mills; hefyd tri o feibion, Griffith Roberts. Remsen; David a Thomas Roberts, Northwood; ac un ferch, Mrs. Jennie Williams, Prospect. Claddwyd ef ddydd Sadwrn.

In the name of God, Amen.I Robert G. Roberts of the Town of Trenton, County of Oneida and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this life do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say :
First : After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged I give and bequeath to my son Griffith G. Roberts of the Town of Remsen, Oneida County, New York, David R. Roberts and Thomas G. Roberts both of the Town of Russia Herkimer County and to Jane Williams of Prospect Oneida County New York my beloved daughter and my adopted daughter Jane Williams who now resides near the reservoir South of the City of Utica, the rest residue and remainder of my estate of whatever it may govern to those above named (my three sons and my daughter and adopted daughter) share and share alike for their own use and benefit forever.
I also authorize my Executors to sell all of my Real Estate and convey by deed to the purchaser the same as though I was present and convert all of my effects into money and pay my lawful debts then divide into five share and pay over to each one above named this share from my estate.
Likewise, I make constitute and appoint my son Griffith G. Roberts and Richard Williams of Prospect, Oneida County, New York (set grave stones at my grave the same as Eleanor my wife) to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the fourth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine. The mark of Robert G. Roberts.
The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof subscribed by Robert G. Roberts the testator named in the foregoing Will in the presence of us and each of us and at the time of making such subscription the above instrument was disclosed by the said Testator to be his last Will and Testament and each of us at the request of said testator and in his presence and in the presence of each other sign our name as witness thereto at the end of the Will.
