Mehefin 18fed, 1889, yn nghartref ei merch, Mrs. T. Solomon Griffiths, 6 Miller Street, Utica, Oneida County, New York, Mrs. Anna Williams, gweddw Robert J. Williams, yr hwn a'i rhagflaenodd Ionawr 28ain, 1885. Dihoenai er's tua blwyddyn; ond ni chyfyngwyd hi i'w hystafell am ond ychydig wythnosau. Palldod ar y galon oedd ei phrif anhwyldeb. Pau fu farw yr oedd o fewn tridiau i fod yn 72 mlwydd oed.Ganwyd hi yn Nefyn, Sir Gaernarfon, Gogledd Cymru; ond pan oedd yn saith oed symudodd ei rhieni i Laniestyn, ger Pwllheli, lle y magwyd hi nes yr ymbriododd gyda Robert J. Williams.
Cychwynodd y ddau am America yn 1845. Wedi wyth wythnos o fordaith ar hwyl-long o'r enw "Princess Charlotte," glaniasant yn Quebec, o'r hwn le y daethant ar unwaith i Sir Oneida, New York. Wedi aros am flwyddyn yn Clinton, ymsefydlasant yn Utica am y gweddill o'u hoes.
Perthynai Mrs. Williams ers 41 mlwydd i eglwys y T. C. yn y ddinas hono, ac yr oedd yn uno o'r aelodau mwyaf cyson yn y cyfarfodydd, mwyaf gofalus am y rhai adfydus, a mwyaf blaenllaw gyda phob achos da. Yr oedd yn Dorcas yn ei charedigrwydd i rai mewn cyfyngder. Bu ei chyngorion, ei rhybuddion a'i chymwynasgarwch yn roddion i ddiogelu a sirioli llawer ymfudwyr unig a hiraethlawn ar ôl ddyfodiad i'r lle. Nodweddid hi gan ddiwydrwydd a darbod; gan argyhoeddiadau cryfion; gau ffyddlondeb diffael byth i'w chyfeillion; gan ei thuedd i anghredu chwedlau drwg, gan unplygrwydd a didwylledd hollol; gan genedlgarwch gynes; a chan ymroddiad dirodres i grefydda mewn gweithredoedd da.
Er pan symudodd i No. 27 Mary Street yn l861, a chyn hyny, yr oedd ei thy hi yn un o brif fanau croesawol pregethwyr Cymreig yn Utica, a chofia lluaws yn mhob rhan o America a Chymru am ei chroesaw diball a'i throion caredig. Gweilr ei lle yn wag am amser maith. Bu farw yn dawel a hyderus. Ni adawodd ar ôl unrhyw berthynas yn y wlad hon ond ei merch Mrs. Griffiths.
Claddwyd hi y dydd Gwener canlynol i'w marwolaoth yn mynwent Forest Hill, y gwasanaeth yn y tŷ am 2 o'r gloch, ac yn nghapel Moriah am 2.30, y Parchn. Robert Williams, Utica; Hugh Davies, Wilksbarre; T. T. Evans, Holland Patent; E. C. Evans, Remsen, a J. H. Jones. Rome, yn gweinyddu.

I Anna Williams of the City of Utica, New York, widow of the late Robert Williams do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament as follows :First : After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary, wife of T. Solomon Griffith the house and lot known as Number 27 Mary Street in the City of Utica, New York.
Second : I give, devise and bequeath to the Calvanistic Methodist Church of Utica New York, known as "Moriah" $300 dollars. I make this bequest on the express condition that the Church make a reasonable effort to pay the present indebtedness on the Church parsonage.
Third : I give devise and bequeath to Catherine Harris sister of my late husband Robert Williams one hundred dollars ($100).
Fourth : I give devise and bequeath to Mary widow of the late Robert Morris another sister of my late husband aforesaid one hundred dollars ($100).
Fifth : I give devisa and bequeath to Maggie the little girl that is now being raised by my daughter Mary and her husband T. Solomon Griffith and residing with them twenty dollars ($20) a year to be deposited in a safe Bank in her name and for her exclusive benefit on each of her birthdays until she is twenty one years of age or until she is married. But in case of her death during her minority and unmarried this bequest I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary aforesaid.
Sixth : All the rest residue and remainder of my estate of whatever description I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary aforesaid.
Seventh : I hereby nominate and appoint my son in law T. Solomon Griffith the Executor of this my last Will and Testament and hereby authorize and empower him the said T. Solomon Griffith to compound compromise and settle any claim or demand which may be against or in favor of my said estate.
