MR. JOHN A. JONES. MARSHALL, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK.

I John A. Jones, of Utica, New York, do hereby publish and declare my last Will and Testament as follows :

First. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses.

Second. I give to my aunt, Mrs. Ann Pritchard of Prospect, New York, one hundred ($100.00) dollars. Also all my clothing.

Third. My harp and music books, I give to my daughter Elizabeth, if she derires to learn the music, which desire shall be expressed by her in writing to my Executors within two months after the probate of this Will. If not so expressed, I leave the samr to my daughter Jeanetta; but if Jeanetta does not desire to learn music, and does not so express herself in writing to the Executors of this Will within four months after the probate of this Will. I direct that the said harp and music books be sold by my Executors, hereby declaring my belief that they should be sold for not less than the sum of $250.

Fourth. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, and wherever situated I give to my wife Rebecca B. Jones.

Fifth. I hereby appoint my said wife Rebecca B. Jones and my friend George L. Curran, the Executors of this Will, hereby giving to whoever is charged with the execution of this Will full power to mortgage, sell or lease any and all of my real estate wherever situated.
Signed and sealed this February 28th, 1894.

The foregoing instrument was by John A. Jones the testator therein named, signed, sealed, published and declared as and to be his last Will and Testament in our presence, who at his request, and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereto set our names and placxes of residence as attesting witnesses on the day last above mentioned.
