Mai 16eg, 1898, yn mhlwyf Marshall, bedair milldir i'r gogledd o Waterville, Oneida County, New York, yn 78 mlwydd oed, Mrs. Ann Griffiths, gweddw Robert Griffiths, yr hwn fu farw saith mlynedd yn ôl.Ganwyd hi yn Llanegryn, Sir Feirionydd, ond yr oedd yn y wlad hon er's tua 48 mlynedd. Yr oedd yn aelod o eglwys Gymreig Waterville; ac yn meddu llawer o ragoriaethau, fel y teimlir colled ar ei hol. Gadawodd un ferch, Mrs. Mary Edwards, Waterville, a dau fab, Edward a Robert H. Griffiths o Marshall. Claddwyd hi ddydd Iau, y Parch. Edward Davies yn gweinyddu. Yr arch-gludwyr oeddynt Thomas Hughes, Owen F. Jones, Joseph Jones a David Jones.

MRS. ANN GRIFFITHS. MARSHALL, WATERVILLE, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK.
In the name of God, Amen.I Ann Griffiths, residing at the village of Waterville, Oneida County, New York, living of sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say :
First : I hereby, nominate and apooint mt fiend Hugh R. Thomas of Waterville, New York, sole executor of this my said Will and I direct him out of my estate firstly to pay all my just debts and my testamentary and funeral expenses.
Second : All the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate, both real and personal and wherever situated I give, devise and bequeath unto my three children Mary Edwards of Waterville New York, Edward Griffiths and Robert H. Gtiffiths of Marshall, New York, equally share and share alike, and direct my said executor to convert all my estate into money, and divide the same accordingly.
Third : If any of my children shall die prior to my decease leaving descendants I give the share or portion of such child to his or her child or children, and if any one of my children dies prior to my decease leaving no child or children, I then give, devise or bequeath the entire estate to the survivors, it being my desire to devise the same so that my children if living, and if deceased, their descendants shall have and enjoy the same.
Fourth : I hereby revoke all prior Wills by me at any time made hereby declaring this instrument, and this only to be my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 9th day of November 1895.

The foregoing instrument consisting of this and one preceeding sheeet of type written paper was at its date November 9th , 1895 duly signed and sealed and published and declared the same to us and we at her request, and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names hereto as attesting witnesses.
