Mrs. Margaret Davies Expires Thursday Evening.
Thursday evening at the home of her son occured the death of Mrs. Margaret Davies of Nekimi.Deceased was born in Wales in 1824, and removed to this country in 1844, and settled in Nekimi, where she lived up to the time of her demise.
She is survived by six children, three sons and three daughters. Jacob Davies, Nekimi; William Davies, Minneapolis; E. H. Davies, of this city; Mrs. George C,. Tatch and Mrs. J. G. Williams, of Chicago; and Mrs. J. W. H. Jones of Nekimi.
The funeral will be held from Bethesda Church, Nekimi, Monday afternoon at one o'clock.

STATE of Wisconsin, County Court for Winnebago County, in Probate.Notice is hereby given that at the special term of the county court tobe held in and for said county, at the court house, in the city of Oshkosh, in said county, on the second Tuesday (being the 10th day) of April, A. D. 1900, at 10 o'clock a.m., the following matter will be heard and considered :
The application of Jacob D. Davies, executor of the last will and testament of Margaret Davies, late of the town of Nekimi, in said county, for the settlement and allowance of his final account.
Also for an order of said court construing the will of said Margaret Davies as affecting the residue of the estate of the estate of David E. Davies, late of Nekimi, deceased, and the assignment of the residue of the estate of Margaret Davies, deceased; also the reidue of the estate of said David E. Davies, deceased, to Jacob D. Davies, according to the terms of said wills of said Margaret Davies and David E. Davies, late of the town of Nekimi, in said county, deceased.
