In the name of God Amen.

I Griffith Parry of the town of Trenton County of Oneida and State of New York, being weak in body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for the same and calling to the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do make constitute and ordain this my last Will and Testament in order manner and form following, that is to say.

First I order and command my Executrix hereinafter named to pay all my Debts and funeral expenses.

Also I bequeath unto my eldest son William the sum of ten dollars to be paid unto him by my Executrix twelve months after my decease.

Also I give and bequeath unto my second son Benjamin the sum of twenty dollars to be paid unto him by my Executrix twelve months after my decease.

Also I give and bequeath unto my youngest son John the sum of twenty dollars to be paid unto him by my Executrix twelve months after my decease.

All the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate, lands, goods and stock moveable and immoveables and all monies due to me by bills, bonds or otherwise, I give bequeath and devise unto Anne my beloved wife, whom I also appoint and ordain Sole Executrix and Residuary Legatee of this my last Will and Testament abrogating dismantling and making void all former Wills and Testaments made or ordained heretofore by me. Ratifying declaring and confirming this and no other to be my last Established last Will and Testament; signed with my hand, sealed with my seal, this twenty eighth day of May in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and thirteen.

Signed sealed and declared by the Testator in the presence of us, who at the rquest of the Testator and in the presence of each other have hereunder in witness set our names.
