I Mary Evans of the town of Trenton, County of Oneida and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do publish and declare this to be my last Will and testament.First. I give and bequeath to my cousin Robert Maurice all real and personal property that I may be possessed of at the time of my death after paying my funeral expenses and any other debt that I may owe at the time of my death.
Secondly. I appoint the said Robert Maurice Executor of my last Will and testament and delegate to him full power to sell all real or personal estate that I may have at the time of my death.
In witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fifth day od December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty four.
