MR. THOMAS R. WILLIAMS. STEUBEN, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK.

In the name of God, Amen.

I Thomas R. Williams of the town of Steuben in the county of Oneida and state of New York of the age of eighty one years and being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and testament in manner following, that is to say :

First. I give and beqeath to my son William T. Williams, two hundred dollars to be paid at the expiration of one year from and after my decease.

Second. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ellen two thousand dollars to be paid to her at the expiration of one year from and after my decease.

Third. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret Williams one third of all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal forever in lieu of domer?

Fourth. I give and bequeath unto my son John T. Williams, two thirds of all my estate, both real and personal after the payment of the first and second legacies herein mentioned to him absolutely forever.

Lastly, I do hereby appoint my wife Margaret Williams an Executrix and my son John T. Williams an Executor to this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundrfed and sixty seven.

The above instrument consisting of one half sheet was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Thomas R. Williams as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto,
