MR. EVAN H. PRICHARD. UTICA, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK.
In the name of God, Amen.The last Will and Testament of Evan H. Pritchard of the City of Utica, Oneida County, State of New York, made this twenty third day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy two.
I E. H. Pritchard of the City of Utica, Oneida County and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in the manner following to wit.
First. I give, devise and bequeath the use of all my property to my wife Margaret Pritchard as long as she lives viz. House and Furniture, all my real estate, all my stock and all the appertenances thereof and all my personal property.
Second. I give, devise and bequeath after the death of my wife Margaret Pritchard half of my property to mr son Evan H. Pritchard, who is now in the State of Wisconsin.
Third. I give, devisa and bequeath the other half to be wholly and solely the property of my wife Margaret Pritchard and for her to give, devise and bequeath the same as she thinks best.
Fourth. I give, devise and bequeath to William Pritchard my son who is now in Iowa the sum of ten dollars. Also, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Jane Paine who is now in Canada the sum of ten dollars. Also, I give, devise and bequeath to my grandaughter Mary Jane Lloyd late of Cambria, Wisconsin, the sum of one hundred dollars, all of which so to come out of the portion of my son Evan H. Pritchard, after the death of my wife.
Fifth. I give, devise and bequeath one hundred dollars to the Welsh M. C. Church in the City of Utica, Oneida County, State of New York, and to be appropriated by the Trustee of the said Church for the benefit of the said Church.
Sixth. I will and bequeath that all my debts be paid out of my property.
Seventh. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife Margaret Pritchard and my son Evan H. Pritchard to be the sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
Also, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint David J. Davies of the city of Utica, Oneida County State of New York to be the trustee of the portion of the property of my son Evan H. Pritchard.
Eighth. I hereby expressly revoke all other and former Wills and testamentory dispositions of any property or any portion thereof.
In witness whereof I said E. H. Pritchard the testatrix herein named have to this my last Will and Testament contained in this and the preceeding pages subscribe my name this twenty day of October one thousand eight hundred and seventy two.

Subscribed and acknowledged by the said testatrix Evan H. Pritchard in the presence of each one of us who have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses thereto at the request of the said testatrix and the said testatrix Evan H. Pritchard at the time of making such subscription and acknowledgement did declare this instrument so subscribed to be his last Will and Testament.
