MR. ROBERT R. ROBERTS. FLORENCE, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK.
In the name of God, Amen.I Robert Roberts of the town of Florence in the County of Oneida and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say :
First. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Eleanor Roberts all of my personal property of every name and nature to be hers absolutely and forever after paying any debts and funeral expenses. I also give her the use and control of all my real estate for and during her natural life.
Second. I give and bequeath all my real estate situate in the town of Florence aforesaid and being the farm whereon I now reside (on condition that he pay the following legacies) to my youngest son Robert Roberts absolutely and forever after the decease of my wife.
Third. I give and bequeath to my son Griffith Roberts five dollars and to his son Robert Roberts one hundred dollars.
Fourth. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Thomas one hundred dollars.
Fifth. I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Roberts five dollars.
Sixth. I give and bequeath to my son William Roberts five dollars.
Seventh. I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann Roberts two hundred dollars.
Eighth. I give and bequeath to my son John Roberts two hundred dollars.
Ninth. I give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Roberts fifty dollars.
It is to be understood that the above bequests numbered third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth are to be paid by my son Robert Roberts at the expiration of one year from and after my decease and the decease of my wife Eleanor Roberts.
Lastly. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Eleanor Roberts sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

The above instrument consisting of one half sheet was at the date hereof sealed, published and declared by the said Robert Roberts as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
