MR. MARY JONES ROBERTS, NEENAH, WINNEBAGO, WISCONSIN.
In this city, September 1st, Mary A. Roberts, aged 78 years.Deceased was one of the early settlers of Neenah, coming here from Wales in 1849.
Her husband died a few days after their arrival, and was the second person buried in the cemetery. Mrs. Roberts was left with eleven children and very slender resources.
By her own exertions she brought up her family creditably and lived to see tham respectably settled in life. Several members of her family from abroad and a large number of Welsh citizens attended her funeral.
