Daeth i'r wlad hon o Aberdaron, Lleyn, Sir Gaernarfon, 63 o flwyddi yn ôl - hi a'i thad a thri o frodyr. Yr oeddynt yn rhai o hen settlers cyntaf y parthau hyn; ond erbyn hyn mae'r teulu oll yn gorwedd yn mynwent French Road, Mae dau o'r neiaint yn aros eto. Mr. Williams, Rome, a Mr. Henry Williams, French Road, gyda'r hwn yr oedd yn byw. Cafodd bob gofal ac ymgeledd yn ei chystudd, a dangoswyd parch mawr iddi yn ei chladdedigaeth.

MISS ANN WILLIAMS. FRENCH ROAD, REMSEN, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK.

In the name of God, Amen.

I Ann Williams of the town of Steuben in the County of Oneida and State of New York being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty if this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare, this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say :

First : After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath and devise to my nephew Henry J. Williams all of my real estate consisting of about one hundred acres of land and being the farm whereon I now reside in said town of Steuben - conditional that he is to pay to his son Humphrey Williams five hyndred dollars at the expiration of two years from and after my decease - and that he also pay one hundred dollars to his son John Williams at the expiration of two years after my decease. He is also to pay one hundred dollars to the trustees of the Welsh Calvanistic Methodist Church which stands on or near the French Road so called near the house of Evan Parry in said town, to be expended for building a fence around the burial ground belonging to said Church said last mentioned hundred dollars is to be paid at the expiration of one year from my decease.

Second : I give and bequeath to my nephew William H. Williams Two thousand dollars in trust for his three children as follows Eight Hundred dollars to his son George Williams and Eight Hundred dollars to his son Willie Williams and Four Hundred dollars to his daughter Annie Williams and to be paid to them as they severelly become of age in the discretion of said William H Williams their father.

Third : I give all the rest residue and remainder of my property if any there be to my said nephew Henry J. Williams.

Likewise : I make, constitute and appoint my nephew Henry J. Williams and William H. Williams to be executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In witness whereof. I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the seventh day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty one. The mark of Ann Williams.

The above written instrument was subscribed by the said Ann Williams in our presence, and acknowledged by her to each of us : and she at the same time declared the above instrument so subscribed to be her last Will and Testament, and we at her request, have signed our names as witnesses hereto, in her presence, and in the presence of each other, and writing opposite our names our respective place of residence.
