MR. RICHARD A. JONES. WATERVILLE, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK.
In the name of God Amen.I Richard A. Jones of the town of Sangerfield in the county of Oneida and State of new York, being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner followig, that is to say :
First. I give and bequeath to my son John A. Jones and his assigns the sum of Ten Dollars.
Second. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary her heirs and assigns the sum of Two Hundred Dollars.
Third. I give bequeath and devise all my Real Estate the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate, goods and chattels of what nature or kind so ever to my children, William N. Jones, Elijah E. Jones, Morris M. Jones, Eleanor Church, Katharine Pritchard and Mary, to be divided equally between them share and share alike.
Lastly. I hereby appoint my son Elijah E. Jones, my son in law David Pritchard and my half brother William P. Richards th eExecutors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand and seal this 18th day of February 1870.
