MR. DAVID PRITCHARD, UNEIDA, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK.

In this city on Tuesday, occurred the death of David Pritchard in the 80th year of his age. He was sick but three days with erysipelas, being in excellent health prior to that time.

Mr. Pritchard was born in Wales, January 1st, 1821, and came to this country with his parents when a boy. For some years the family resided at Remsen, and as a young man, he went to Frankfort Hill, where he married Catherine Jones. They moved to this city, where they resided up to 19 years ago, when they moved to Leonardsville.

In 1893 Mrs. Pritchard died, and he returned to Utica, having lived here ever since. For many years he was employed at Quinn's ice house, and had a large number of friends. He was a member of the South street M C Church.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Edward Carey of Sangerfield and Mrs Jerome Charles of Plainfield, and one son William H. Pritchard of Madison. He also leaves a brother, Matthew Pritchard of this city and a sister, Mrs. Anne Perkins, also of Utica.
