Robert R. Roberts, for many years a resident of Howard County, died at his home north west of Lime Springs Monday morning.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from Welsh C. M. Church, Rev. David Edwards officiating. An obituary notice will appear in this paper next week.

I Robert R. Roberts, of Lime Springs, Iowa, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in the manner following:
I give devise and bequeath all of my property, both real and personal to my nine children (six sons and three daughters), to be divided equally among them.
My real property consists of my farm in Fillmore County, Minnesota, decsribed as follows, E SE, Sec 15, Twp 101, Range 11 - 80 acres, NE Sec 22, Twp 101, R 11 -
160 acres, and E NW, SE, NW Sec 25, Twp 102, R 11 - 5 acres. Also my house and lot in Lime Springs, Howard County, Iowa. My personal property consists of thirty
head of cattle and forty hogs as described in a farm contract signed by myself and my two sons, John and Griffith in the fall of 1899.
I further provide that my wife during her life shall have the entire use of my house and lot in Lime Springs, Iowa, together with the furniture in the same, and
further that she is to have Two hundred dollars from my farm each year.
I hereby appoint my son John Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

We hereby affirm that the said Robert R. Roberts declared the above instrument to be his last Will and Testament and that he requested us to sign our names as witnesses.

In the Matter of the Last Will and Testament and of the Estate of Robert R. Roberts, deceased.
Be it remembered, That on the 26th day of April 1906, pursuant to notice duly given, and to the statute in such case, made and provided, at the Probate Office in the said
County, before me, E. V. Farrington, Judge of the Probate Court of said County, the foregoing assessed, authenticated copy of the Last Will and Testament of Robert R.
Roberts, late of Lime Springs, in the State of Iowa, deceased, having been duly proved and allowed by the District Court of Howard County, in said State of Iowa, and the
said testator having having left real estate in said County of Fillmore on which said Will may operate, was on said date foled, allowed, recorded and admitted to Probate
as and for the Last Will and Testament of said deceased.
In Testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, and affixed the seal of the Probate Court of Fillmore County, at Preston, in said County, this 26th day of April 1906.
