MR. ROBERT ROBERTS, MOUNT PLEASANT, RACINE, WISCONSIN.

BODY OF ROBERT ROBERTS FOUND NEAR CORLISS.

The body of Robert Roberts, a middle aged man, employed on the farm of Joseph Davis, in the town of Mount Pleasant, south of Carliss, was found at the side of the Chicago and St. Paul track, where it had been struck by the 10.30 passanger, going south last evening. There were no witnesses of the accident which occurred about a mile south of Corliss. The body was shipped to this city this morning and taken to the Beffel undertaking rooms. How the accident happened is not known, and the jury gathered by Justice Lee this afternoon rendered a verdict of accidental death. The man's back was broken and his skull fractured.

A sister and brother survive the dead man, both of them being residents of Llanaelhaiarn, Caenarvonshire, North Wales, Roberts' home. His brother has been school master in Wales for thirty years or more. Deceased was a man who has lived in the vicinity for almost thirty years or more. Deceased was a man who has lived in the vicinity for almost thirty years past and was well known throughout the county. It is probable that his remains will be taken care of by the St David's Society of this city, who will probably conduct the funeral services.
