MRS. GRACE LLOYD, BALA, RILEY COUNTY, KANSAS CITY.
Died, October 26th at 11 o'clock pm, Mrs Grace Lloyd. She came here with her husband in the spring of 1871 and has lived here since.She raised a family of 12 children, 8 boys and 4 girls all of whom are still living. They were all at their mother's bedside when she departed. Some of them came from Old Mexico and the others from Arizona to attend their mother's last hours. Mrs. Lloyd had been ailing for over a year. She was born in Wales and was 64 years old.
