MRS. ELIZABETH WILLIAMS PARRY, SLATINGTON, LEHIGH, PENNSYLVANIA.
Be it remembered the I, Elizabeth W. Parry of the Borough of Slatington, State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say :Item : 1. It is my will that the house and lot 55 Second Street situated in the Borough of Slatington, State of Pennsylvania, owned by me, be sold at best price and season, together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging.
2. It is my will that the Executors do the best they possibly can in the disposition of two lots Nos. 23 and 25 Arch Street, in the city of Auburn, State of New York, which reality I came in possession of through the last will and testament of my husband Robert W. Parry, deceased, bearing date of December 17th, one thousand nine hundred and seven.
3. It is my will that the proceeds of my estate be divided equally between my children, Maggie Parry Owens, Lizzie Parry Owens, Robert H. Parry, Mary C. Hughes and Ellen Parry Evans and that one ($100) dollars be given to the heirs of my deceased son, William Parry.
4. It is my will that in case any of my married daughters, namely Maggie Parry Owens, intermarried with Richard R. Owens, Lizzie Parry Owens, intermarried with William H. Owens, and Ellen Parry Evans, intermarried with Owen J. Evans, should precede me in death their shares shall revert to their respective husband, provided they assist equally in liquidating the mortgage on the property, No. 55 Second Street, situated in the Borough of Slatington, State of Penssylvania.
5. And as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal or mixed, of whatever nature or kind, or wheresoever situate at the time of my decease, it is my will that same be divided equally among my five (5) living children.
And lastly, I do make, constitute and appoint my two sons-in-law, Richard R. Owens and Owen J. Evans, to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed my seal, the twenty seventh day of february, in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
