MARY ANN WILLIAMS. GRANVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEW YORK.

The death of Mrs. Mary Ann Williams, wife of Robert L. Williams, occurred February 28th. She had been in failing health for some time, and an attack of grip hastened the end.

She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David T. Roberts and was born in Llanllyfni, Wales, October 21st, 1878, coming with her parents to West Pawlet when three years of age. She is greatly missed. She is survived by her husband and two sons by a former marriage, David and Hugh Rees Hughes, also by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David T. Roberts of Ilion, five sisters and three brothers.

The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon from the Congregational Church, Rev. W. O. Williams, officiating. One of the hymns sweetly sung by the choir, 'Lead Kindly Light' was one of her favorites. The body was placed in the receiving vault at Mettowee Cemetery. There were beautiful floral offerings.

The bearers were William J. Williams, Richard L. Pritchard, Thomas Jones, William Roberts and John Pritchard.
