THomas P. Pritchard, a Worls War I veteran, who died yesterday at the Glens Falls Hospital from heart disease, which it was claimed he contracted while in service.Before the War he resided in California, but when he returned he lived at Granville with his sisters, Mrs. R. L. Lewis, Mrs. Lewis L. Lewis and Mrs. John M. Jones, who also survive.
The funeral will be conducted from the Welsh Congregational Church at Granville on Friday afternoon.

Last Will and Testament.
I, Thomas P. Pritchard, of the City of Glen Falls, County of Warren and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all othe rwills by me at any time heretofore made.WHEREAS, I am the owner and holder of Adjusted Service Certificate Number 34407, on which said Certificate there will become due and payable, from the United States Veterans Bureau, on the first day of January, 1945, or at the time of my decease, whichever may be the sooner, the sum of Fourteen Hundred Seventy One Dollars ($1471) subject to such loans as I may in the meantime have made thereon, and whereas I am making the proceeds of said certificate, at the time of my decease, payable to my estate, I do therefore dispose of all sums due on said Certificate at said time in manner following :
First : I hereby direct that my funeral and testamentary expenses be paid therefrom by my executor herinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease;
Second : I give and bequeath therefrom to my sister, Mrs. R. L. Lewis, of 53 Potter Avenue, Granville, New York the sum of Ten Dollars Dollars ($10.00);
Third : I give and bequeath thereform to my sister, Mrs. Lewis I Lewis, of 53 Potter Avenue, Granville, New York the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00);
Fourth : I give and bequeath thereform to my brother, Richard T, Pritchard, of 907 25th Street, Watervliet, New York, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00);
Fifth : All the rest, residue and remainder thereof, I give and bequeath to Ethel VanSochick, of 52 South Street, Flat 6, Glens Falls, New York. I make this bequest to the said Ethel VanSchick in appreciation of and in return for the care and assistance which she has given me during my illness covering the past four years, and said bequest is made in lieu of all claims which the said Ethel VanSchick may have against my estate by reason of such care and assistance, or otherwise.
I hereby make, constitute and appoint Andrew L. Smith, of 200 Glen Street, Glans Falls, New York, sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNES WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 27th day of June, in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Five.
Subscribed, published and declared by Thomas P. Pritchard, the testator, as and for his Last Will and Testament in our presence, and in the presence of each of us, on the 27th day of June, 1925, and we thereupon at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each of us, do hereunto sign our names as attesting witnesses, this clause having been first read to us, and we now intend to certify that the matters herein stated took place infact and in the order herein stated. The foregoing Will consists of two sheets, this attestation clause being on the second sheet.
