Mrs. John Spencer Roberts, 76, of Granville died this afternoon, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arch F. Woodard, West Main Street, after a few days illness of pneumonia.She was a native of North Wales, but had lived in Granville for many years. She was a member of Jerusalem Church.
She leaves a son, John Spencer Roberts, of Utica; two daughters, Mrs. Arch F. Woodard of Granville and Mrs. William H. Hughes of Schenectady; a sister Mrs. William L. Roberts, of Granville; two brothers, Richard Pugh of Elmira Washington and Hugh Pugh of North Wales and several grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements have not been concluded.
