Many friends and relatives attended the funeral of Mrs. Owen Parry held at her late home on Wednesday afternoon.

Mrs. Parry, who had been in failing health for several years, died at her River Street home Sunday afternoon, at the age of seventy seven.

She was born in Bethesda, North Wales, October 12th, 1854, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William D. Jones, and came to Fair Haven when only 13 years of age. She resided in town ever since, and is survived by one brother, Richard D. Jones, Utica, and by four nieces, among whom is Mrs. A. C. Wilson who resided with her.

The services were in charge of the rev. J. D. Owen, pastor of the Welsh Congregational Church.

Internment was in the family lot at Cedar Grove and the bearers were Emrys Parry of Whitehall, Edward and John Parry of Granville. R. W. Williams, William H. Williams and E. C. Owens of Fair Haven.

Among those from out of town attending the funeral were Mrs. Charles Mound of Glen Falls, Mrs. John B. Lloyd of Granville, Mr. and Mrs. Evan Hughes, Arthur Hughes and Mrs. Hugh Parry of Rutland, Mrs. C. B. Wilson, Miss Grave Wilson, Eber Wilson, Mrs. George Durfee and Miss Ann Morris of Poultney.
