DAVID J. PUGH, 59, CALLED BY DEATH.

David J. Pugh, 59, attendant at the Oneida County Home for the past 14 months, died early this morning in a local hospital. Complications caused death.

He was born in Wales on May 18th, 1873, the son of the late David and Mary Pritchard Pugh.

Twenty six years ago next July he was married to Mary E. Evans, who survives, with five sons and daughters; Mrs. John R. Parry, John R. Pugh, David R. Pugh, Mrs. John Ernenwein and Miss Anna Mae Pugh. He also leaves a sister in Wales.

Mr Pugh came to America 35 years ago, residing in Granville and Poultney, Vermont, until 14 years ago when he came to Rome. He attended Bethel Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Foresters Camp of Granville.
