ELIZABETH PARRY. GRANVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEW YORK.
Funeral services were conducted this afternoon at the Welsh Congregational Church, Rev. Richard J. Owens officiating, for Mrs. Elizabeth Parry, widow of William E. Parry, who died Thursday morning at the New York State Hospital at Poughkeepsie, New York, the body being brought here Friday morning.She was a native of North Wales, having resided in Granville for 25 years, and is survived by four sons, Owen, Evan, Hugh Parry of Granville and Robert Parry of Glens Falls, and one daughter, Mrs. Blodwen Jones of Granville, and six grandchildren. A brother and sister also survive in North Wales.
Burial was in Mettowee Valley Cemetery at Granville.

The death of Elizabeth Parry, sixty-four years of age, occurred Thursday morning after an illness of several years with arthritis. She had been cared for by her daughter, Mrs. Thomas H. Jones, West Main Street. After the death of her husband, William E. Parry, July 13th, her condition became serious and she was removed to the Stevens Hospital at Poughkeepsie, where her death occurred. Her body was brought here Friday.The funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon from the Welsh Congregational Church, Rev R. J. Owen officiating. The bearers were William Lloyd, William G. Williams, Owen J. Jones, Thomas Roberts, William G. Morris and Griffith O. Jones.
The burial was in the Mettowee Valley Cemetery in the family plot beside her husband.
The deceased was born, September 11th, 1868 in North Wales, where she was married to William Evan Parry. She came to Granville in 1907 with their five children joining her husband here, who had preceeded her by a few months. She had been a Granville resident for twenty-seven years, a member of the Welsh Congregational Church and active in the service as long as her health permitted.
The survivors include four sons, Owen, Evan and Hugh Parry of Granville, Robert Parry of Glens Falls and a daughter, Mrs. Thomas H (Blodwen) Jones and six grandandchildren, Mavis Donald and Grace Evelyn Parry of Granville, Mary and Patricia Ann parry of Glens Falls and John Stanley Jones of Granville and one sister three brothers in Wales.
