HARRY R. WILLIAMS. GRANVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEW YORK.

Harry R. Williams, 70, died Tuesday evening at 6 o'clock at his home in Ilion, New York, after being in poor health for many years. He was a resident of Granville for many years and came to this country fifty-two years ago from Carnarvonshire, North Wales. He was a prominent member of the Welsh choirs while in Granville and a member of Mettowww lodge I.O.O.F.

His wife, who died several years ago, was Miss Anna Pritchard, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Owen G. Pritchard, Potter Avenue. His son, Griffith, died in thr Brooklyn Naval Hospital during the World War and was buried in Granville with military honours.

The survivors include a daughter, Miss Margaret Williams, a son, John, both of Ilion; another son, Robert of Granville; grandsons, Russell and Clifford Williams, nieces and nephews, Albert Roberts and Mrs. J. M. Davies of Granville and Mrs. Ellen Owens of Rome, New York.

Funeral services will be held this (Thursday) evening at Ilion and the body will be brought direct to Mettowee Valley cemetery in Granville Friday.
