MRS. HANNAH DAVIES. POULTNEY, RUTLAND, VERMONT.
Mrs. Hannah Davies, 84, for many years a resident of this town, died tonight at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Margaret D. Roberts, after a long illness.Mrs. Davies was born in Bethesda, North Wales, where she was married to the late Isaac B. Davies, before they came to this country. They lived for some time in Monson. Me., before coming here.
She is survived by two sons, Isaac B. Davies of Granville, New York and Levi O. Davies of Poultney, her daughter, Mrs Roberts, and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 2 o'clock at the Welsh Presbyterian church here, of which she was an active member, with the Rev. D. C. Davies of Crawfordsville, Iowa, a former pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will be in Poultney Cemetery.
