William Hughes, 75, died Wednesday morning at his home in Middle Granville.Surviving, besides his wife, are two sons, William of Sararoga and Charles of Middle Granville; two daughters, Mrs. William K. Hughes of Middle Granville and Mrs. John Jones of Saratoga Springs; and several grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 1:30 at the home and at 2 o'clock at the Welsh Presbyterian Church of Middle Granville. The Rev. Ellis Lloyd, pastor, will officiate and internment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, at Middle Granville.

Funeral services were held for William Hughes (Cae Star), 75, of Middle Granville, Saturday afternoon at the Welsh Presbyterian Church of that village, the Rev. Ellis Lloyd, Granville officiated. Music was arranged by Wesley Hughes.Mr. Hughes, who was born June 29th, 1867 at Bethesda, Wales, died September 16th at his home after an illness od several months. He came to Middle Granville from Wales in 1911 where he has a prominent part in the great revival sessions there in 1904.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary E. Hughes; two sons, Charles of Middle Granville and William J., of Saratoga Springs; two daughters, Mrs. William R. Hughes, Middle Granville and Mrs. John O. Owens, Saratoga Springs and several grandchildren.
Internment was in Middle Granville, Elnwood cemetery. Acting as bearers were Messrs Owen Jones, George Vaughn, Fred A. Jones, John Gouette, John Thomas and Charles Dunster.
