MARGARET EVANS WILLIAMS. RUTLAND, RUTLAND COUNTY, VERMONT.
Mrs. Margaret Williams, a former resident of Granville, died Friday night in the Rutland, Vermont, hospital of injuries received early Friday morning when she was struck by a car near Fair Haven.She is survived by five sons, William J. Williams, Granville; Daniel, Arthur and Lloyd Williams, Rome and Richard Williams, Bennington, Vermont; two daughters, Mrs. Anna Priest, Granville, and Mrs. Ellen Dotzer, Rome; also several grandchildren.
The body was taken to the McHenry and Roberts Funeral Home in Granville, where funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m., Monday. The Rev. R. L. Jones pastor of the Presbyterian church, officiated. Internment was in Mettowee cemetery.
William H. Hughes, David Edwards, Robert Jones, Eli Hughes, Berie Capron and Hugh Thomas were the bearers.
