John T. Roberts, 76, died at 1 p.m. today at his home here.He was born July 9th, 1872, in Bethesda, North Wales.
Surviving are his wife, Catherine; a daughter, Mrs. Lewis Rathbun of Granville, New York; a son, Harry of Ilion, New York; a sister, Miss Margaret Roberts of Liverpool, England; a brother Thomas of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; and nephews and nieces.
The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Roberts Funeral home. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday and Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services for John T. Roberts od Poultney, Vermont were held Friday, May 21st, at 2 o'clock at the Roberts Funeral Home with Dr. Howard Acxkley of Green Mountain Jr. college officiating. Internment was in Evergreen cemetery in Poultney.The bearers were Cyrtis Brayton, Arthur Horton, Edward Donnelly, Claude perkins, Richard Roberts and Robert R. Jones.
Among those attending the services from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Lewis A. Rathbun, Granville; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Roberts and son, Howard; Mrs. Gwendoline Roberts, Mrs. George Wells, Idwal Roberts and Charles Jones, Ilion, New York; Mrs. Mary E. Pritchard, Mrs. George Roberts, Morris H. Roberts, Mrs. Laura Griffith and Miss Mary Thomas, Granville and Mrs. Robert E. Duffy of Glens Falls.
