Mrs. Margaret Owen Roberts, 71, (Glynllifon), wife of William S. Roberts of Buffalo, died Thursday at a hospital in Buffalo.Mr. and Mrs. Roberts were natives of North Wales, and came to this country four years after their marriage. They lived in Granville for 13 years and after them moved to Buffalo.
They recently celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversary.
Mrs. Roberts was interested in church work and during the war she knitted 90 pair of socks for relief agencies.
Survivors, besides her husband are two daughters, Mrs George M. Atcheson of Buffalo and Mrs. Wayland E. Powers of Hamburg.
Funeral services were held Saturday in Buffalo.
