WILLIAM DAVID MORRIS. EVAN PARRY. GRANVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEW YORK.
William David Morris, 79, a well known quarryman in this locality, died Friday at his home, 13 Lincoln Street.Mr. Morris was born in Penygroes North Wales, in 1869. He was married to Kate Rowlands in Wales before coming to Granville in 1905. Mrs. Morris died in 1912.
He is survived by two sons, David and Robert Morris of Granville; three daughters, Mrs. Carrie Muhlbauer of Albany, Mrs. Nan George and Miss Dellys Morris of Granville and several granchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at the home Monday at 2 p.m., the Rev. Maldwyn Davies, pastor of the Presbyterian church, officiating.
Internment was in Mettowee cemetery.
The bearers were William J. Roberts, Howell Dillingham, Edward Troy, Steve Kostyn, William J. (Tudor) Roberts and Robert Hicks.
