EDWARD WILLIAM PARRY. UTICA, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK.

Edward W. Parry, 86, died March 18th, at his home, 107 Louisa, Utica, after a grief illness.

He was born February 8th, 1863, in Tanygrisiau, Blaenau Festiniog, North Wales, a son of the late William and Gwen Parry.

He came to Fair Haven, Vermont in 1881 and soon afterwards moved to West Pawlet where he married Miss Martha E. Edwards about 62 years ago. She died February 1st, 1927.

Mr. Parry came to Utica in 1912. He was a slate maker by trade, but worked for the Railway Express Agency until he retired. He was a member of Moriah Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by two daughters, Miss Margaret Parry and Miss Winifred Parry; two sons, Idris Parry and Evan W. Parry; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of Utica; and a brother, William Parry in Epsom, England.
