Burial services were held in Poultney on Tuesday, March 8th, for Mrs. Elizabeth Williams, 72, widow of Robert Williams, who died Sunday in Middlebury hospital of injuries received in a fire at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Walter Starling of Middlebury.

Mrs. Williams was a former resident of Fair Haven and Poultney for many years. She was born in Bethesda, Wales.

She is survived by her daughter and five grandchildren.
