Owen J. Thomas, 81, died at the Emma Laing Stevens Hospital Wednesday at 2 p.m. after a brief illness.He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Charlotte Adams of Ilion and Mrs. Mary Boose of Bridgeport; two sons, Miles Thomas of Philadelphia and William of Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters, Mrs. William S. Jones of Middle Granville and Mrs. Mary Williams of Canford, New Jersey; several grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the McHenry and Roberts Funeral Home.
Internment will be in Poultney, Vermont Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home Thursday evening and Friday afternoon and evening.
