MARY ELIZABETH WILLIAMS. GRANVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEW YORK.

Mrs. Mary Ellis, 69, who died January 8th, after a brief illness, was born in Wales, September 10th, 1882. She came to Granville at the age of eight, and was married to William P. Ellis of Middle Granville in 1898.

Funeral services were held January 11th at her late home, 26 Buckley Avenue, by Rev. Jasper Steele, pastor of the Methodist Church, of which Mrs. Ellis was a member. A solo "The Old Rugged Cross," was sung by Richard T. Roberts.

The bearers were Harold Williams, Albert Shepard, Henry Branneck, Edward McEachron, Thomas S. Edwards and William Thomas.

The body was placed in the receiving vault of the Elmwood Cemetery, Middle Granville, pending internment in the Spring.
