WILLIAM H. WILLIAMS. FAIR HAVEN, RUTLAND COUNTY, VERMONT.

Fair Haven September 19th - William H. Williams, 70, died today at Rutland hospital.

Born in Bethesda, Wales Mr. Williams came to Fair Haven at an early age.

He was a member of Eureka lodge, FandAM, of Fair Haven, Granville, New York, Masons, Killington Commendery of Troy, New York; a past commander of the Fair Haven American Legion; and a member of the First Congregational church in Fair Haven.

Survivors include his wife, Katie Mae; a sister, Mrs. Hannah Jones of Granville; two brothers, Harry J. Williams of Rutland and Benjamin Williams of Springfield, Mass; and nieces and nephews.

The body will be taken to the Fair Haven Masonic temple where friends may call tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be held at the temple Saturday at 2 p.m., the Rev. George W. Brown officiating, assisted by the Rev. John D. Owen.

Burial will be in the family lot in Cedar Grove cemetery.

The death of William H. Williams, 70, occurred Wednesday morning, September 19th, at the Rutland hospital. He was a member of F and A.M. Granville Chapter No. 286 R.A.M. Killington Commandery, American Legion Post and First Congregational Church.

Beside his wife he is survived by a sister, Mrs. Hannah Jones of Granville, two brothers, Harry of Rutland and Benjamin of Springfield, Massachusetts, also nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held in Fair Haven, Saturday at 2 p.m.
