WILLIAM HENRY GRIFFITH. FAIR HAVEN, RUTLAND COUNTY, VERMONT.
February 26th. Services for William H. Griffith, 56, who doed suddenly at his home yesterday, will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Mallory Funeral Home here, the Rev. George Brown, pastor of the Congregational Church officiating.The body will be placed in the vault at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Members of Fair Haven Post, No. 49, American Legion, will conduct the committal services.
Born in Carnarvon, Wales, July 6th, 1896, Mr. Griffith was the son of Mordecai and Mary Griffith.
A veteran of World War I, he operated a barber shop in Fair Haven for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys; a son, Wynn, of Fair Haven; and two sisters, Mrs. William Roberts and Miss Jane Griffith, of Fair Haven.
