MARY HUGHES ROWLANDS. POULTNEY, RUTLAND COUNTY, VERMONT.
Mrs. Mary Hughes Rowlands, 68, wife of William R. Rowlands, died suddenly Monday evening at the Proctor Hospital.
She was born in Bethesda, Wales, July 7th, 1886, daughter of William D. and Mary Roberts Hughes. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, the Presbyterian Willing
Workers and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Besides her husband she is survived by one son, William Rowlands Jr. of Camp LeJeune, North Carolina; three brothers; Isaac W, David H., and William W. Hughes, all of
Poultney; three grand-daughters; one niece and several nephews, also several cousins.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
