JOHN WILLIAM JONES. GRANVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEW YORK.
John W. Jones, 91, died Thursday morning at a local nursing home after a short illness.He was born in Carnarvon, North Wales, Februart 15th, 1875. He lived in Granville for the past 65 years.
He is survived by a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Myfanwy Parry of Oswego, eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at the McHenry and Roberts Funeral Home by the Rev. Arthur Weisser, pastor of the Granville Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Mettowee Valley Cemetery at a later date.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
