Poultney Vermont. Mrs. Jane Parry Thomas, 89, widow of Robert O. Thomas, died late Sunday at Rutland Hospital after a short illness.She was born in Llanllyfni, North Wales, November 8th, 1881, daughter of Harry and Jane Parry. She was a member of Poultney Presbyterian church and the Willing Workers Club.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Griffith Thomas of Middle Granville and mrs. Merlin Morris of Poultney, Vermont; a son Henry R. Thomas of Poultney; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; and a sister in Wales.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Robertss-Lantman Funeral Home, with the Rev. George Greenough, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Poultney, officiating. Burial followed in the family lot in Poultney Cemetery.
