THe marriage of Attorney Rodman Richardson of Flushing Long Island and Miss Jennie Roberts, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas R. Roberts of South Poultney, took place last Saturday at Rutland. Mr. Richardson and bride are passing their honeymoon at 'Wildwood,' his cottage (the log cabin) at Lake St. Catherine. Mr. Richardson and his brother have camped at the lake for many years.With Mr. Richardson's honeymoon is an incident that gives emphasis to the expression. It is a honeymoon in a literal sense. When he and his bride arrived at the cottage Saturday evening they found that a swarm of honey bees had preeceded them by several months and set up house keeping in the building. The rooms were full of the industrious insects which he is gradually exterminating. However, at times it has been a question as to which of the two beligerents would remain in possession of the cottage.
The headquarters of the bees are in the partition and a hole broken through the lath and plaster reveals a large quantity of honey.
