ELIZABETH PARRY JONES. GRANVILLE, WASHINGTON, NEW YORK.
GRANVILLE, N.Y. - Elizabeth P. Jones, 89, died Sunday at Glens Falls Hospital following a brief illness.She was born in Talysarn, North Wales, January 17th, 1904, daughter of Benjamin and Ann Ellen (Jones) Parry.
She came to the United States in 1921 and married David Jones in 1922.
They lived in South Pi+oultney, Vermont and moved to Granville in 1941.
Mrs. Jones was a member of Poultney Area St. David's Society and the Penial Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Elsie Jones of Granville; a son, Benjamin Jones of Liverpool; six granchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband in 1981, and a daughter, Nancy Owens, in 1979.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Penial Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Jerry McKinney will officiate. Burial will be in Mettowee Valley Cemetery in Granville.
