All that part of the Parish of Llanengan which lie within the following boundary from Bellevue to Tynypwll thence to Ty cerig and along the River Soch side to Towyn Farm, thence to Trefoellwyn and along the sea shore of Hell's Mouth to Nant Farm thence to Tanyrallt including the west side of Llanengan Village and Morfa Neugwl group of houses.
