That part of the Parish of Ynyscynhaiarn comprising the whole of the Western Ward bounded on the North by the Cambrian Railway from Penmaser to Portmadoc Railway Station Gates on the east and north east by the centre of Avenue Road, High Street and the embankment on the south west by the southern edge of Ballast Island, thence along the water edge of Trwyncaeiago to a point a few yards to the west of Craigydon, thence by the pathway leading from the New Welsh Slate Co Wharf to the top road from Borth as far as Bronygarth Stables, thence on the west by road going over Garth hill to its junction with the bottom Borth Road, thence along centre of that road and through the drive as far as Morfa Lodge, thence along an imaginary to Pentwr, thence along the watershed of Moelygest and down to the Cambrian Railway close to, but at the north end of Penamser Terrace.
