The whole of the Teigl ward, which lies within a boundary line starting from Talybont Bridge and down the river Cynfal to its junction with the river Dwyryd, thence up the river Dwyryd to its junction with the river Teigl to a pool near the sheds of the Bwlchslaters Quarry, thence along the Parish boundary in a southerly direction until it reaches its junction of the main road (Bala to Maentwrog) and the CYnfal river at Nantygroes, thence along the centre of the said main road to Festiniog Village, thence along the centre of the Tynymaes Street and footpath to the said main road to Talybont Bridge aforesaid.
